General information about the submissions
Important: Please use this link: FutureRFID 2014 on EasyChair when you are ready to send in your abstract/paper/poster. We are using EasyChair for handling the submissions and the review process.
The conference has two official languages: English and Hungarian.
One can submit his or her manuscript either in English or in Hungarian.
Otherwise the submission procedure is the same.
The conference will have a digital proceedings on a CD.
About the papers
Step 1: Submit an abstract
Maximum length: 1 page
Acceptable formats: like the editable source variants of the full papers.
Please use the above mentioned EasyChair site to upload your submission! If you don't already have an account there, you need to register one to login.
Deadline for abstracts is
1 September, 2014 .
Step 2: Submit a full paper
Authors should upload a copy of their full papers (up to 8 pages, in English or Hungarian only) in camera ready form to the above mentioned EasyChair site.
The following formats are accepted only (please, for safety, upload both the editable source and the finalized form):

- in TEX with this LATEX stylescheme
- For the finalized version:
Please do not forget to include in the uploaded versions your full name, the co-author's name (Add more authors button), affiliation, and e-mail addresses.
Deadline for full papers is
15 October, 2014 .
Those full papers which are chosen through the review process will be published in the Proceedings of the Conference.
Step 3: Give a lecture
Maximum length: 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions.
Language: English or Hungarian
About the posters
Step 1: Submit a poster
Poster dimensions: Standard A0 size (841×1189 mm or 33.1×46.8 in).
Please use the above mentioned EasyChair site to upload your submission! If you don't already have an account there, you need to register one to login.
Deadline for posters is
1 September, 2014 .
Step 2: Submit an extended abstract
Poster presenters should send a copy of their extended abstract (up to 1 pages, in English or Hungarian only) in camera ready form and upload it to the above mentioned EasyChair site.
The following formats are accepted only (please, for safety, upload both the editable source and the finalized form):

The extended abstracts will be published in the Proceedings of the Conference.
Step 3: Give a short lecture
Maximum length: 5 minutes (strict).
Language: English or Hungarian
The short lectures will be juried, and we will give the Best Poster Lecturer Award to the best lecturer.
Step 4: Poster session
Poster session will be held after the short lectures.
Please print your poster in advance.
We are going to provide display panels and hooks.
